On the other hand, some mamas just want to make sure that they are doing all the exercises correctly, they want all eyes on them ONLY so they can get all the correction or guidance they
feel they need. In this program it will just be me and you each session making sure you are
doing the exercises correctly, checking your progress, and guiding you through your postpartum journey.
Many of the one-on-one programs out there is pretty much just their standard group program
being taught to one individual without the individualization promised, since you would have
already had access to my Self-Led portal we get to spend our one-on-one time together working
on issues unique to you.

An additional perk is access to me on VOXER outside of our sessions. Yes mama, I told you I got
you! This means you can always drop me a message using the ‘walkie-talkie’ app outside of our sessions. If you are using the self-led portal and need clarity or if you want to send me a video of
you doing a particular exercise you can always do that and I will get right back to you. It’s like literally having me in your pocket at all times. They don't call me the mom bestie for no reason.
